Phil Hendy

Phil is an authentic transformation leader with a focus on performance excellence, continual improvement and innovation. His experience is founded on over 20 years of experience working in Project and Engineering Management. In project and engineering management roles he has led teams on a variety of successful projects throughout Australia and New Zealand, including in the rail, roads, marine and telco sectors. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and has a Masters in Project Management. Phil has played an instrumental role in developing McConnell Dowell’s growing performance excellence capability and the development of their Innovation Framework.

As a director for the Lean Construction Australia and New Zealand, Phil is helping industry become more productive and sustainable through advancing the knowledge, capability and application of Lean Construction and Continuous Improvement principles.
