Submission Process

Authors should submit their papers through https://www.conftool.pro/iglc32. Note that all papers must use the official IGLC32 Paper template. Before submitting, please use the submission checklist to ensure that your submission follows the requirements presented in the template.

Alongside the paper itself, there are also ancillary documents that you must submit at different stages of the submission and review process:

Full paper (Initial version)

When submitting the initial version of your paper, you must include a plagiarism report from a plagiarism checker tool such as Turnitin. Most authors will have access to such systems through their universities; if you do not, please contact the scientific committee before submission.

The List of Keywords

You can find the list of keywords here.

Revised version

When submitting your revised paper after review, you must include a document detailing how you responded to the reviewer's comments. This document must use the official Rebuttal template.

Final camera-ready version

The final camera-ready paper must be accompanied by a filled-out and signed Copyright transfer form.

Papers Publication

Accepted papers will be disseminated as oral presentations and published in the conference proceedings. IGLC proceedings are Scopus-indexed and free to access at iglc.net/Papers

Deadline extensions

For the past few conferences, the technical committee has elected to give a two-week general deadline extension for the full paper submission.
For IGLC 32, there will be no such general deadline extensions.

Authors may apply the scientific chairs for deadline extensions on a case-by-case basis. Note that we will not – under any circumstances – consider applications for deadline extensions once a deadline has passed.

We strongly recommend not asking for an extension for authors dependent on visas for travelling to New Zealand. We cannot guarantee that the paper given and the extended deadline will be reviewed and that the acceptance status will be determined in a timely manner for visa application.
