Ian Walsh

Ian has over 30 years’ experience in creating World Class operational performance and capability across a wide range of industries, such as manufacturing, construction, food and beverage (including brewing), plastics, paper, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and transport. He has applied these expertise globally to businesses across the APAC region, Europe and the UK, and in the US. Ian’s key focus is helping organisations deliver sustained performance improvement through the practical application of proven methodologies and on-the-job training. He works at all levels, including with Boards, to develop and deliver operational excellence and high impact change, on time and within budget. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and LEAN manufacturing specialist, with the ability to design and implement business improvement programmes. Ian is passionate about transforming culture and the sustained benefits that businesses reap from this approach.
